Manufacturer Warranty Work

As a certified applicator for Carlisle SynTec, Firestone, Johns Manville, GAF, and Siplast — American Contracting USA can perform warranty repairs, warranty registration, and warranty inspections on all five systems.

Manufacturer warranty coverage on a commercial roof is only as good as the contractor who activates and maintains it. NDL (no-dollar-limit) warranties — which cover repair or replacement costs without a dollar cap — require that the original installation be performed by a certified applicator and that ongoing maintenance and repairs be performed by qualified contractors to the manufacturer's specifications. American Contracting USA is a certified applicator for five major commercial roofing manufacturers, which means we can install new systems to warranty spec, perform warranty-compliant repairs on existing warranted systems, and assist facility managers with warranty claim submissions.

For school districts and institutional facilities that have existing Carlisle SynTec, Firestone, Johns Manville, GAF, or Siplast roofing systems with active NDL warranties, it is critical that any repairs or maintenance be performed by a certified applicator — otherwise warranty coverage may be voided. Our teams are trained and certified to work on all five systems, protecting your existing warranty investment while extending the life of your roofing asset.

Why Certified Applicator Status Matters

A roofing contractor who is not certified by the manufacturer cannot perform warranty-eligible work. If a non-certified contractor performs repairs on your Carlisle or Firestone system, the manufacturer may void the entire warranty — leaving you with no coverage on a roof that may have 15 years of remaining warranty life. Always verify that your contractor holds certified applicator status for the specific manufacturer whose system you have installed. American Contracting USA can provide written documentation of our certified applicator status for all five of our manufacturer partners.
